I lost over 100 pounds and have been in weight maintenance for a while.
My goal in maintenance has been around 170 pounds.
I usually cut weight as low as 166, then engage a slow, clean bulk up to 174. My goal these days is to lower body fat and preserve muscle. It's such a slow process. I am always tempted to cut more weight, but no, 170 is a great weight for me.

I just don't know. I want my body to stop eating the little bits of fat left on my upper body and start eating it off my hips/lower belly.4

Started at 275 - Goal weight was 170. It was set with my Dr. based on my age and the amount of extra skin I would end up with. "Healthy Weight" BMI is 158. Currently I'm at 165 and deciding if I want to go for 155. I'm pretty content where I am.1 -

Majority of my adult life my like I have been around 140/150. When I do get to 130 occasionally, I feel better about myself. Not too skinny and still have my womanly curves. I WILL get there again. Time, and taking care of myself...that's the key!1 -

My ultimate goal is 130lbs. I am 5'3.

I started at 200 and was aiming for 150. I'm currently at 148 but think I should try to get down a few more - maybe 140? I'm 5'5" and 63 years old. I've been overweight/obese most of my life - highest weight was 220 about 10 years ago. Last winter I hit 200 and said enough - and thanks to MFP, I'm succeeding! I have to be mindful about what I can realistically maintain...and I feel that I'm getting pretty close. I'm also facing the cruel reality of loose skin...ugh.0

My goal was/is 117lbs. I'm current 119lbs but I think I want to get down to 115ish so I have a bit of 'buffer' weight to play with.....so we'll see. I'm not finding much motivation to lose these last few pounds though. Hence why I jump between here and the 'losing weight' section.0 -

I have some fat on my upper arms that refuses to leave; I'm happy with everything else! SIGH My bottom half can't afford to get Any smaller, but I'm going to risk it to SEE if I can get the arms that I want (10" or less instead of 11")0 -
My initial goal was 175# (down from 196) which I reached a month ago but, after looking at my old hydrostatic measurements and taking a DEXA scan yesterday, I'm going to reset my goal to 165#.
DEXA scan showed me at 172# w/20% BF which is about where I thought it was. In June 2012, I was 164# with only 15% BF and I think I looked better then.
Should be easier to lose the fat/weight than to gain the muscle. I would like to lose about 8# of BF and gain 1# of LBM/muscle to get to 165, which I think is a realistic objective. So, instead of the recomp that I was thinking about doing, I'm going to do a cut at a cal deficit w/cardio to lose/burn fat and continue to lift heavy to maintain strength and build just a little extra muscle.
Next DEXA scan will be in 3 months around TG, which will determine if I'm successful or not.2 -

SW was 196lbs @ 5'9" and age 52.
Hit my "ultimate" goal weight of 175lbs December 2012. My favourite adult weight from far too long ago.
But after a while thought I could do better so made that my upper limit rather than middle of my range.
Still a bit too chubby so dropped goal weight again August 2013 - 168lbs.
Dropped another four pounds March 2014, taking my cycling more seriously. Took off another 3lbs September that year ahead of a big cycling event that was really important to me - 161lbs.
Actually felt a bit too light / skinny at that weight. A very strange feeling I haven't had for 30 years so didn't stay there for long.
2016 - revised maintenance weight back up to 168lbs having added some muscle and lost some fat (recomp).0 -

Although I think due to my body type (in between small/med frame), I might still look "heavy" at 140 as I am really close to my goal weight and my belly is still big. I thought once I got to a healthy BMI I would look fit but my stomach is still big so I might need to go lower on the scale like 130 to achieve a flat stomach.1 -
