Challenge! Someone join me!! 40 lbs in 4 months! I have a trip to Disney coming and really need to get in shape! After having 3 babies! I need it bad!!!

I'm in. We are almost same starting weight. I also do measurements on MFP which I can post if you want. I'm currently on a low net carb diet plan to lose weight, started it two weeks ago, got a grasp last week where I finally lost weight.
Might miss weight a couple weeks but I'll always have measurements

Would like to be more than that but I know it can happen! I've come this far!2 -
I should also mention I was 115 a year ago so being back up to 180 hurts me a lot but I became ill and have spent most of 2016 in the hospital on steroids and other meds that make you gain weight (1/3 probably water weight) plus I am now paralyzed waist down and weak upper body so exercise is limited so my weight loss will be all diet. I need all the motivation I can get. Trying to get my body into ketosis as that is what the nutritionist recommended to me. If others in the group are doing low carb feel free to share ideas. Anyone here is more than welcomed to friend me.

I'm in. Will post my last weight and will weigh in tomorrow on weigh day I don't need to lose an entire 40 but definitely have a long way to go. I plan to do something active every day, do yoga daily, eat less carbs and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I have been doing this for the last 2 weeks with very positive results. Don't have 40 but need to have some motivation. Restarted about 6 weeks ago but just found I am very hormone deficient last Friday started on all kinds of meds including D3 and Thyroid. I am doing careful tracking and 25 min aerobics daily to start off. I lost down to GW over 2 years ago and let myself get sloppy with bad habits so am back on track.

In between March-beginning of June, I lost 40 lb. Then I slacked off from the calorie counting, fortunately, I didn't gain any weight! So I am ready to lose 40 more!!!

-1/2 inch around neck, -1 1/2 inch around waist, - 0 inch around hips (not sure what went wrong with hips, could be different spot, found one spot to make sure it's same each week)1 -
