Support is wonderful. Though my dietitian rocks, it's not the same. I have a hectic schedule between working and my author career, plus health issues. But this time, it's for me. I need to lose half of me and I want to be healthy.

Add me. I want to know how you got that v shape!

This is a really heartwarming comment as I am good at criticising myself, who aren't haha!?

Shoulders and lats creates the width, low body fat percentage combined with abs lines defines the lower part of the V. I'm definitely not a personal trainer or consultant but the movement I practice for a V shape are:

    - Weighted Pull ups, Lateral Raises, Bent over Flys, Hanging side to side crunches, tuck-ins on dip bar.

If you or anyone want to try the movements above but it's too hard; send me off a message and I can recommend exercises that builds strength.

Thanks! No lat pull downs? What's your height and weight?

Hi guys! I'm 30, in London but originally from Manchester, have PCOS, just got back on the health kick and am trying to get back to my weight of 3 years ago through exercise and mostly paleo type diet (I've been still cheating a bit but keeping my calories down and tying hard to get back on track) - hoping to find motivation buddies on here, feel free to add me!!

Lats pull downs is definitely an exercise you can add if targeting the lats (my program is fairly distributed).

    I'm 173cm, 68.1kg

We're all here for our own reasons. Personally I wish to become the best version of myself. Period!

That is easy to say, but in reality; it is way harder.

The journey ahead of us might be long; but together we can encourage each other.

If you wish to be a part of this, or would like to befriend me. Feel free to leave a comment below and I'll add you momentarily! :)

    Thanks for reading!

I'm in. Urgently needs to loose 100kg
