Am trying to lose belly fat, so I need people in same situation to motivate our self.
•The challenge starts 1st september to december 31st.
•The before and progress pics will be at the end of each week with the before pix as always that of 1st september
• If you like, you can add scale weight with it at the end of the week.
•there will also be mini workout challenge as well
I will be posting my first pix september 1st.

Hi, my big problem as always is belly fat. I would like to join in

Ok it starts September 1st with pictures and some hints just stay close. You have enough time to set ur mind for the challenge . For the moment eat clean0

It helps not to go over the required calories need a day as any junks are high in calories and u need to eat more to be satisfied. You can snack once a while on low calories snack or you can create a cheat day once in two weeks when you eat whatever without calorie counting.0

I don't but you can use whatever you have to track calories. Whatever works for you is fine 0 -

So I created a private group where only members can view its content, do well to click the link below to join. Please the reason i made it private because some people don't like their pictures to be public plus I think its perfect so non member cant just pop into the group and post whatever they like0
