As a dedicated yogi, I approve of this plan... especially the fans!!

My DS is a Hot Yoga instructor in NYC. Last year I promised him I would try a yoga class at my local gym and put it on my bucket list. So last Jan I went to my first yoga class, when he asked me how it went I said I couldn't relax b/c I kept feeling like I was going to fart. He said "Oh Dad, everyone doing yoga farts! Just let it rip!"
I have not been to my second class.

How common is farting in yoga class?

Slightly less common that breathing... but we do try to be subtle about it.

Sort of answering the age-old question... "Can you outrun a fart?"

I've decided to try Intermittent Farting. You basically skip breakfast, then you Fart, Intermittently. Most common practice is the 16/8 IF plan where you hold it for 16 seconds then you rip one for 8 seconds. The other alternative method of IF is called Fart, Stop, Fart, but that's more of an alternate day plan.

    BCAA's optional.

    lol

Do you recommend fart loading before starting this workout training?

You've got to watch out for methane toxicity but if your pressure gauge is low then go for it.

Do you think the intermittent is similar to the "Machine Gun Style Farts" Just how many seconds inbetween? And I've tried to log this before, but I can't find it in the database... Would it be under "Cardio" or "Strenght" ? So.... what did we decide, to eat back those calories or not to? So far I have not been eating those back.

    love it

The first thing you'll lose is your dignity... and that's almost instant...
