It's absolutely essential that you 'crush' or 'slam' your brotein shake after a workout. Simply 'drinking' it won't have the same results. I always make sure to 'slam' mine as soon as I get home, then head straight for the shower.1 -

Do all the stuff necessary to get ready for work that includes seeing how close I can get to missing the train without actually missing it; that helps turn the cardio buzz into an adrenaline rush.0

finish my milk 2 go sport, shower, get dressed, walk home, finish rest of protein smoothie while relaxing on the computer and depending on the day possibly entertain and feed a 2 year old1

I usually have a protein shake [EAS whey + casein] soon after, then hop in the shower.1
