What did everyone have for breakfast today.
1/3 cup Oatmeal
1 tsp Cinnamon
100 grams activia cherry yogurt
125 grams of raspberries

My breakfast veggies, carrots and rutabaga this time around
I'm not eating anytime soon, but this is what I have logged1 -
1 cup Coffee
1 1/2 cup Coffee
3/4 cup Coffee
2 packets of splenda
next3 -
1 slice ww toast
2 eggs over easy
1 large green tea
1 large chai tea
2 huge glasses of water
2 oz. prune juice0 -
2 egg, 1 egg white omelet with shredded chicken and diced peppers (red, yellow, orange and green). Rainbow eggs my daughter called it lol.
And cup coffee w/2% milk and sugar, one glass of water and my multivitamin.0 -
Breakfast taco from the cantina at work with eggs, sausage, bacon, and peppers. 2nd breakfast is a Chobani peanut caramel satisfaction Flip.
And caffeine. Can't forget caffeine.0 -
Veggie omelet: half an onion, a whole red pepper, 120 g mushrooms sauteed in no-stick spray; break-free eggs, cheddar cheese. Coffee.1

1 sunny side-up egg
chopped white onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup water
And 2 cups of ice cold water on the side.0 -
2 slices of bacon (glad I weighed them too... package says 14g for three slices, it was 20g for 2)

Hmmm....I had one mini powdered donut and a cup of coffee on the way to the gym. Then after the gym I had my protein shake and a banana. I'll probably have another cup of coffee in a bit and if I feel like it I'll have a yogurt around 10/10:30 (it's 9:10 now).0

Didn't fully have breakfast yet, but I'm having Vitamins and a cup of coffee with a bit of coffee creamer. Lol1

Sausage sandwich, im nursing a broken arm and am sick of people cutting up my food for me so whilst the poached eggs on toast looked lovely, I didn't feel like being treated like a 2 year old today so sausage sarnie it was!0
