Ready for a life change. Mom of 5, run a business and always on the go. I am Latina and let's just say our cultural food doesn't help. Lol I LOVE food! I have been learning to make my favorite foods and new foods healthy. One thing I hate is to diet eating horrible bland foods. My goal is to learn to eat right, with foods I like.
