New Month! New goals!
I want to lose 8 lbs this month!
I also want my body fat and body mass to go down.
This I will do:
Keep up with my nutritional program
Exercise for 6 days 30 min 1 rest day
Eat healthy meals/ snacks
Drink a lot of water!
No junk food
No cheat day
Join the challenge!

I'm in! I'd also like to lose 8 lbs this month. I'll stick to my meal plan with no cheating!, exercise 6 days and 1 rest day--walk/jog 3 miles a day/ 3x a week (I'm doing a 5k next month with a friend and trying to train...eek.)

I'm in. I would like to lose at least 10 lbs and I have made a list of goals. I am going to eat healthy, drink lots and lots of water, and follow this exercise program for 8 weeks (obviously longer than Sept, but that's my plan )1

I'm in! I would like to lose 5 pounds this month as well. I'll also do the same things as OP
My ultimate goal is to lose 10 pounds before my birthday in November. I'm excited for this challenge! I think the hardest part will be no cheat meals1 -

Hi I am in as well. Want to lose 5kgs by this month and 20kgs before Christmas. I will exercise on a bike (at home) for 30 -45 mins. I am having a hard time with food but will sort that out. Add me so we can support each other.I need some motivation. Thank you.

Ate well yesterday but didn't get my exercise. Trying to get my exercise in this morning. Even if it's 15 mins! Hope everyone is doing great!1

Sept 7: holding steady at 151.5.0 -
I'm a little late but I'm in too (8 lbs). I did great yesterday with nutrition but no exercise. I'm going to change that today. How are you all doing? Let's stay positive!0

I'm in as well. My goal is to loose 5 lbs this month. I'm recovering from an injured knee so exercise is limited. I walk as much as I can and I'm doing aqua physical therapy. I will be really focusing on my nutrition. I wish everybody the best of luck. We can do this!2
