Can someone help.Ive been eating at maintenance for the last 3 or 4 days and have been moving constantly in work.I have gained 3 pounds and I can not understand this .I've also been drinking a lot of water through out the day so I'm sure its not water weight.Any advice or suggestions on what to do to get rid of this would be appreciated a lot

Maybe it's because u ate more carbs at maintenance? When u consume more carbs u tend to retain more water so don't worry about the Extra weight gain! It may be due to a lot of other factors0

Water weight is also caused by stress. I wouldn't worry right now, but if in a couple weeks there are no changes. Check the eating make sure you aren't eating more than allowed, check exercise. Sometimes we still need some just not as much.
I am sure there will be more insightful information coming.0 -
