The day I joined this I weighed 205 and my goal was 200 for the month. But I have already lost it, so it is now 195.5 -

I'll join! I just started weight watchers. And my weigh day starts today, so I'll be by two days. I'm pretty much at my highest weight (I'm only 5' 1.5" so that's a lot for a shrimpo). I have Type II diabetes that I have to take a bunch of insulin for. Also, I have other issues, such as chronic pain which would feel better with less weight. But, the pain also makes it hard to really get exercise in. I have problems with portion control and staying accountable. Anyway, here are my stats:

Your the same height as me and weigh less than me, I agree it's a lot of weight for us short people, but you'll lose it just fine

I'm glad to see the scale went down! I think being in the habit of watching what I eat helped. I didn't lose as much as I'd like, but I didn't get to exercise how I wanted since I was also focusing on getting some other work finished. But it's finished and I'm back to prioritizing exercising after work!

Is it ok if I join a bit late? My other challenge just ended today and I need a new challenge! This one sounds like it may be perfect for what I'm wanting to do. 118 is what I weighed when I got engaged and I haven't been back to that weight since then. It will be kind of exciting to get back there.
