I'm also 5'8" - started July 1 at 258... as of this morning 235.4 - good for you, 60 lbs - WOW! I will be so excited to be 207ish! My goal is 175.4 -
count me in this group. I'm 249 and need to lose 100lbs. I have gained and lost so many times I have lost count. this time I am going the sensible route. Calorie deficit but not too fast. I just started this week and know myself well enough that after a few months is when it will start getting really hard and that is when I am really going to need help!7

Same here. I'm about 5'4" started at 250, and using MFP have got to 233. Still have a LOT to go. I'd be happy just under the 200's! Add me so we can help each other stay motivated!4

Ok here is my first stab at this. I am 55 yrs. old 5 5' and weigh 270 lbs. I feel like a big fat old woman. I have been over weight my whole life. I am so sick of it. I know there is a normal me inside that I want to let out. The grip food has on me is overwhelming. I am haunted hourly with cravings and what I am going to eat next. I don't think every one is like this. I want to do all the things I didn't get to when I was younger raising Kids. I wanted to do these things with my husband but he is not on board. I am trying to find the motivation with out him. It's sad to me that I can't live this dream with him.
Whack! Snap out of it and GET IT DONE! Quit feeling sorry for your self.

Hey everybody. I am 5'10 and currently 204 lbs. My ultimate goal is 170, which I haven't seen in years (since before having kids). I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and have been stuck in the 200's since my pregnancies. My first goal is just to get down to 195... but I am really struggling for some reason.
