Needing a jump start in my weight loss regimen. I did not keep myself accountable this summer. Fresh start for the fall. Looking for motivators to assist me in the journey. We can do this!

So I didn't really comment when I posted my Sept. 3rd weight...But I was ecstatic to say the least! I know I cheated a little this weekend, but it was super motivating to know that my hard work can pay off and that those 5lbs are super obtainable this month! Keep on tredging on ladies (and gents lol) (:

I think I'm retaining fluid again. I do that and it's so FRUSTRATING! I can be one weight at 8am and then 10 lbs heavier at 1pm. *sigh*3 -

@dillykim I totally felt the same way before posting in these types of challenges (the first challenge I posted in was on 3/29 this year)- but now it's kind of liberating! Plus, the accountability factor helps too4

Great seeing all the losses this morning! Keep up the amazing work all! I lost 1 lb, but am thrilled with that. Was at the lake for the long U.S. 3 day weekend so anything not going up is a huge success in my book! Have a great week!

I know what you mean - it's really soul destroying when you are trying so hard and then you go up 3/4 pounds!! you are right it is probably water - dont be down hearted about it - stick with it!!! x5 -

Experienced a huge drop of 10 lbs the past couple days but I'm sure that's my body reacting to the fact that I've started to drink 100+ oz of water again. It started to creep back on as of today. So we'll see how this goes.2 -
