The scale says I didn't lose this week, but I had a great week in terms of what I ate and exercise. I expect I'll see the results next week. I definitely have been retaining a little water (I can tell by my rings). Keep up the good work all.

While I did see the 170s again over the weekend, I'm up 4 pounds after a bachelorette party/alcohol filled Labor Day weekend. Need to drink lots of water this week and maybe I can change that 4 lb gain to a 1 lb gain!
I'm also not super optimistic that I'll hit 40 lbs gone by Christmas, I'd be happy with just half that. Still want to see the 160s before Halloween!1 -
I would love to join!!! I am a little late starting so I plan to lose 34 lbs by Christmas and need alot of support and encouragement, going it alone here! And work from my car and busy mom so please keep me accountable!

Had to really work hard this week. I went on a barbecue sightseeing cruise on Thursday and Ribfest on Friday. I must admit that I am a foodie working extremely hard to lose weight..lol. I remained active and did a lot of walking to help compensate for the treats. On a positive note, I had an annual checkup on Friday and the first thing that my doctor said was "wow, you have lost some weight since the last time that I saw you." I had blood taken and my cholesterol was significantly lower. It works everyone! Keep pressing towards your goals. Good luck this week everyone!

I decided to move official weigh in to Friday. I actually weigh daily, and week after week I'm doing good, then eat more on the weekends and the Sunday/Monday weigh in is always the highest of the week and drops right back down. This is more accurate of where I really am, and having to record that temporary high number was getting depressing.2 -

My reason for Friday weigh-ins also. I try not to eat more on the weekends but sometimes it happens.0 -
I lost 2lbs this week, was a bit disheartened after 3 great weight losses, on the up side my diabetic nurse keeps reducing my insulin every 4 days. The only thing different i did this week was i didnt drink loads of water,so maybe that effects the weight loss . oh well onward and downward .
