Pretty sure Its not a real gain, im a bit bloated and also forgot and drank a little coffee before hopping on the scale today lol. Yesterday I was 298.4 so im not concerned.2 -

Hi all! I'm not sure if there is a way to edit my original post beyond the first hour instead of putting new posts (someone let me know if there is, please!). Last week was pretty good despite some food challenges. Down 0.9. I've been tracking pretty regularly and trying to get at least 5 days of cardio in a week. I am trying to get back into Jillian Michaels DVDs to mix it up a little and get some strength training too. Hope everyone is doing well!
