    I've been chipping away at my weight since the end of February, so things are getting a bit stale for me at this time. I am finding it difficult to motivate myself to meal plan, but I know it makes a huge difference in my results. I am hoping that this challenge will give me the kick I need!

    Sorry I never posted on Monday. I weighed myself but had family in town and didn't have time to post. I was retaining water from hormone stuff and weighed more than I had the few days before but less than last Monday. Unless I retain water again I should have a decent drop next Monday though.

    Tough week -- kind of surprised by the loss, but I'll take it. I haven't been able to check in a lot on MFP lately so I'm going to refocus my efforts. I am committing to getting on MFP for at least 15 minutes a day this week.
