I'd love to be a part of a group like this! You all are inspiring! I did really well, down to 178 before summer and then gained 25 lbs when my Mom got sick. I don't handle stress well! I would love to encourage and be encouraged!

Add me too, getting serious about this now. Gonna do 30 day shred on Sat Tues Thurs and weight training full body split on Mon Wed Fri. I am starting a full time physical job as a line cook so my calories seem high at 1850 but I think I'm on track. I am at my highest weight in years after having a miscarriage in June.

I have 70lbs to lose! I was on here before and lost 16lbs which i've managed to keep off even though I kind of stopped using MFP for a while but i'm determined to get back on track!

I've stopped and started more times than I'd like to admit over the last few years. managed to go from 270 down to about 210 a few years ago, then hormonal issues, PCOS, and stress layered the pounds back on.
