I've been chipping away at my weight since the end of February, so things are getting a bit stale for me at this time. I am finding it difficult to motivate myself to meal plan, but I know it makes a huge difference in my results. I am hoping that this challenge will give me the kick I need!7 -

Second week - yay lost 2.2 lbs so happy that I saw that on the scale. I haven't be able to workout out as much as I wanted.
Also for the last few weeks my weight wasn't dropping and I was getting upset.

Sorry I never posted on Monday. I weighed myself but had family in town and didn't have time to post. I was retaining water from hormone stuff and weighed more than I had the few days before but less than last Monday. Unless I retain water again I should have a decent drop next Monday though.
