Aim to get lean n healthy by next summer

I've never joined a forum before, this is all new. I have an aim/ goal / dream to walk the Camino de Santiago NEXT summer. It's a 500 mile walk from France across the top of Spain n is an ancient pilgrimage route! BUT I've been an overweight couch potato for years. A yo-yo dieter. Now I finally believe I have something to aim at which is 'working' for me? I've begun exercising and returning to Keto (high protein low carb) way of eating which has worked brilliantly for me before. BUT..... I could do with some diet-n-fitness buddies along the way for mutual encouragement? I overeat when I'm depressed or stressed which is ironic cos I help others successfully overcome all sorts of issues but can't 'fix' myself!!!!
