I've been doing this since January. I've lost 68 pounds. Dropped 2 shirt sizes. Dropped 4 pant sizes. I feel amazing! I've got a lot more to lose but this app has helped me so much!

Eating 1200 calories a day. No soda. Gym 3x a week for an hour. Walking on the weekends between 2-4 miles. Iced coffee on the weekends as a treat. Instead of having a whole candy bar I eat those snack bite squares snickers. So I'm still getting my chocolate fix. Breakfast is usually special k, my vitamins, and a hard boiled egg. I'll have a mid morning snack usually nuts or fruit. Lunch is meat and veggies. Mid afternoon snack is Greek yogurt. And dinner is meat and veggies or eggs. I'm done eating by 7pm. I drink hot green tea most nights before bed.
I'm not used to eating 5 meals a day. I hit a 3 week plateau in August. It wasn't fun. I was frustrated. I spoke to a personal trainer who told me to divide my calories into 5 meals. Trust me! It really does work! It shocks your metabolism.
