    Speaking of hating planks...I actually blew off doing them today. Will have to knuckle down tomorrow and get them knocked out before the day gets away from me like it did today.

    I know what you mean about the 30 day challenge - I have one day at 60 today - then tomorrow it jumps to 90!!! yikes - we will see - will still try....

    Love this idea! I'm late to the party so I'm going for 30min. I despise planks, which would probably explain my non existent core. Every day I say I'm going to do them and never do... Thanks for making me accountable!!

    Welcome to all the new folks! Great job for everyone sticking with it! Keep up the great work. Personally happy to be over half way to goal even if I missed yesterday.
