I eat seafood and fish but not meat. I'm on a 1450 calorie a day diet and looking for new meals to make. Getting bored with the same meals

How about shrimp stir fry? You can have it over rice or without. That's one of my favorite meals to have.1

I just had a great vegetarian chili with onions and garlic sauteed, then added zucchini, corn, black beans, mushrooms, red and green peppers, celery, 280z can of diced tomatoes, seasonings (enough to make my nose run) like cumin and chili powder and for about 6 serves, its 212 calories. Very filling, tasty and a good sinus clearer!!2

My fav breakfast is 1.5-2 cups of sauteed zucchini seasoned with onion and garlic powder add 2 eggs or egg whites and do a soft scramble and salt and pepper to taste. It is filling and light in cals.1

Oh and I forgot to add a cfan of drained chickpeas too!! It is really good, still a bit of crunchy to it even when heated up. I hope you do try it and enjoy it. Cheers!1 -
