For those of you who do Beach body workouts, which ones are low impact (easier on your joints)
or can be done low impact?

Insanity Max 30 has a person doing modifiers for all the exercises. The modifier person never jumps.

T25 and I think p90x3 both have modifiers as well. Even body beast...I use lighter weights and resistance bands

I have been doing and loving Tai Cheng. Great for de-stressing, and honestly, if you do the postures in a low stance it's a pretty good workout for the legs...

Any workout may be converted to a low impact workout by keeping at least one foot on the ground.
