For those of you who do Beach body workouts, which ones are low impact (easier on your joints)

Insanity Max 30 has a person doing modifiers for all the exercises. The modifier person never jumps.0

T25 and I think p90x3 both have modifiers as well. Even body beast...I use lighter weights and resistance bands0

I have been doing and loving Tai Cheng. Great for de-stressing, and honestly, if you do the postures in a low stance it's a pretty good workout for the legs...0 -

Any workout may be converted to a low impact workout by keeping at least one foot on the ground.0

Thanks good to know. I can get sore joints and siatic pain so what somethinf that will be easy on my joints0
