I know but 680 calories for a sandwich sucks
Adding fries which is 300 poof almost 1000

I feel bad for eating it though
Is it okay?! Or did i just ruin my whole weight loss plan??
You really need to stop the black and white good and bad thinking. Everything in moderation is ok.
Thank you0 -

I'm thinking about KFC at home0

You didn't mess up. You didn't ruin your diet. You treated yourself. Tomorrow it's back to goals.0

Be ready for the sodium bomb water retention. But hope you enjoyed it! Funny, I never really eat fast food, but was craving fried chicken from someplace like that today!0

KFC is one of my weaknesses. I fit it into my plan regularly. Not easy but a go cup with tenders and potato wedges is usually enough to scratch that itch.0

I know!!! I can cook a healthy "fried chicken" but eating a fast food fried chicken sounds more tempting idk Lol0 -

I know!!!! There is something about kfc that makes it so yummy even though its just chicken lol0 -
Just log it and drink plenty of water to combat sodium intake....
Here is their nutrition information

Nothing wrong with it. Just log it. If you're over your calorie goal, either try to reduce a bit over the next few days, or forgive yourself, accept a little stall or gain, and keep going. I ate Rice Krispy treats last night, and sugar cookies the night before, and cake at lunch yesterday. Not a lot, but I'm sure that it'll slow my loss a bit. I'm okay with that.1

OP in situations like this I think perspective is important, specifically related to numbers.
What is your current calorie goal?
What is your goal rate of loss? 1 lb/week? 2 lb?
Have you calculated your TDEE or your maintenance calorie level (this is what people have been saying at worst you probably had a day at maintenance. They mean you may not be eating at a calorie deficit which is what is required for weight loss today but you may not be eating more than the calories needed to maintain your current weight).
Once you see those numbers then you should realize that even the 1000 cal meal didn't do that much damage over the long run, considering it takes 3500 cals above your maintenance level to gain 1 lb.
Perspective...2 -
I go fairly regularly, I just opt for the grilled chicken instead of fried. Add some mashed potatoes and skip the biscuit. Minus the high sodium it ain't bad.0

Their grilled chicken is very good, but I found out that all KFC's don't carry the grilled chicken.1
