            @noh16 Thanks. I actually ended up having to make sure I am eating just below 1200 calories as that is what seems to be my maintenance calorie intake not my losing calorie intake. I also upped my exercise to include at least 10,000 in steps.
 Sorry to hear you had a rough week but the good news was it is a minimal gain. Fingers crossed for next week :>)1
