WOW! You look amazing! I wanted to ask you, do you eat back your exercise calories or not? I just started counting calories yesterday and I'm a little confused with the whole exercise calories, net calories... I'm not sure if i should eat back my exercise calories or just stick with the amount that was designated for me (1280). Thank you!0
