Do you gain when you go to maintenance?

I started kettlebell cardio where I burn ~450C for a half hour work out
Congratulations on your weight loss and lifestyle change however I would be very surprised if your calorie burn was anywhere near 900 cals per hour. If you eat back exercise calories I would be careful of such high caloric burn numbers.1 -
If I've been in a caloric deficit for a long time, and I bring it back up to maintanencre then I will always gain weight. It's just your body's way of saying "hey I'm getting the right amount of food, so now I can return to my normal size". You won't keep gaining if you continue to eat maintanence.0
