    just stopping in. haven't been running yet, but signing up for races. I'm looking at the bridge of the gods. it would be our one year anniversary and it seems good to get away. either that or go to harry potter world and universal.
    i think my next one will be the sweetest day 5k, and then i have a cider run, and a turkey trot 8k registered for.

    Easy run today. This is a cutback week for me. Glutes and lower back still feel sore. We will see how they feel in the morning. I plan on doing a 13 miler tomorrow as opposed to my normal 18-20 mile long runs. Hopefully by Monday they will feel normal enough to beat the crap out of them again.

    @kristinegift and @Stoshew71 Now UA will *kitten* that Image for copyright/advertising infringement.

    Off for a 3 hour drive for a 1 hour race and then 3 hours back home.
    It makes perfectly logical sense to us runners, non-runners roll their eyes.

    @mbaker566 the Bridge of the Gods HM is supposed to be one of the top HM's in the nation. It's on my short list of destination races.
