Share your recent workout regime?

Well, this is just a thread where you can either share the workouts you have been doing for the month or something you would want to do n the upcoming month. I am intrigued to know about other people's routines to know what am I missing out or how can I improve myself.

I have been active for as long as I can remember but I have recently taken up weight lifting. All my life I have been an active person. Sports, you name it, I play it. But this heavy lifting thing, is another ball game.

My recent activites are, I run 3 miles, three days a week
I do HIIT for 40/45 minutes, two days a week
I have been lifting, three days a week (Very recently)
I play football (Soccer), once a week (sometimes twice)
I am training for semi-professional ultimate, four days a week.
