3500+ Calorie Burn Challenge 7/11-7/17

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

    Oh Yes I'm up for this challenge. Hoping to get to gym 4 times this week so will set my target at 5000 just to push myself that bit further.

    I'm totally in. I average over 5k calories a week so I'm going to push it this week.

    I'm in last week was my first week and being all kinds of motivated I burned 4700. My Goal this week is to hit 5000. Thanks for the challenge.

    I am going to work for 5,000, as I burnt a few over that last week but want to push just as hard this week. I like this challenge as it will motivate me to keep burning calories all week. Trying to get rid of my last few ponds.

    My earlier goal of 3500 was waaaaaaayyy too light....I will be shooting for 5,000 calories burned this week...

    Mon: 1189 calories burned (84 minutes of Plyometrics on the beach with my trainer-w/ 1/4 mile jog to finish)
