Well, thanks to being sick all week, I now only have 4 lbs to go to get out of obese bmi range!7

Reaching the first minigoal is so great. My first minigoal was to go below the obese BMI range. I reached there yesterday.
My next goal is to fit in a gorgeous yellow dress which has not fit since more than six months now. I want to do that by end of the month.
After that, I want to weigh less than my husband. That is 6 kilos in future. He is also working out. So this could be a moving target.
Never thought I would stick it out.

Right now? Ok so I really want to keep losing the stubborn fat on my lower abs but I also now these last 5 lbs that I lost I could regain overnight so right know I'm more interested in maintaining than trying to lose 5 more!7

Awesome! Totally serious question- how has changing size affected your (lovely) tattoos? Have you noticed a difference?1 -
I am in a plateau at the moment. Bouncing between 184 to 186 for the last 16 days. It's not helped that I have had a deep down hunger the last few days. So my goal is to break through this. Tomorrow I will be three weeks post op from my gall bladder surgery and I am going to ease back into IF to see if that will help break through this.4

Other than being slightly less stretched out (you can see the treasure chest is wider in the before picture,) I've noticed that the colors seem darker/more vibrant now that they are more compact. Especially the reds, yellows, and blacks. I'm so so so glad I didn't manage to get any stretch marks! Also, I got the tattoo before I gained the weight, so it's going back to what it should look like, rather than shrinking from it's original size.7 -

I've haven't been trying and am even falling back into old habits and have been in need of a new motivation. stealing this one from above. Lose a total of 25% of my start weight which means I need to be under 180 by NYE. This morning after eating too much pizza last night I was 197.6. So basically 18 lbs. I guess I need to start measuring and logging again to figure out where I can cut easily and regularly exercising.3

1.5 lbs to my goal of being in 170s by Oct. 24.
Then I'll have 10 lbs to my Christmas goal.
And then just 5 lbs to 50 lbs lost.
Keep mastering each day of c25k.9 -

For me it's fitting into my jeans again. Not having to go buy new ones!

I purchased into a shirt of the month club at size M. If I want all my new shirts to fit, I better stay my current size, lol.7

Lose 12 kgs... its a family wedding in mid of Jan 2017. Almost 3 months to go.5

Currently at 165.4, would love to see 159 and have a half marathon to run next month11

I have a "small frame" (small wrists and ankles) and I've really reached the conclusion that although I look fit and thin in clothes, for me to look fit and thin After I eat and outside of clothes I'm going to have to continue to lift in a small deficit.. I have to decrease my bf a bit more.. So ten more pds from currently 5'8, 143 (my lowest was 138 booo) to 133 and I think I'll be pretty much set for life.. I'll just continue lifting and maintain there God Willing.8
