    Thanks for posting this...I was beginning to wonder if I was nuts. I've found that I tend to weigh the least around 1030 - 11am when I'm doing my record weigh ins. You'd think first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom would be the best, but I've noticed that usually a few hours after waking up I'm a bit lower most days (especially if I haven't eaten anything, and think about weighing myself at that point). I was thinking it was weird. Maybe it's not so weird after all. :)

    I am a little different than most, apparently I hold water in the morning. I have to do my shoe shopping before 11am else I am a full size smaller. The good news is I buy less shoes since this realization.

    @AnastasiaHin2016 don't feel too bad. Maintaining is better than gaining after all :)

    The weight will drop sooner or later, sometimes I'm stuck at the same weight for a few weeks before it shifts again. Think of it like your body is adjusting and catching up to the loss, it takes time
