I searched for a progress photo thread but didn't see one! Hope I'm not making another!
Post your progress photos here and your biggest motivator! Let's motivate each other!
My biggest motivator has been being comfortable in my jeans. I don't have to try to stretch them out anymore. Also my posture is getting better! I'm 23 and have always had bad posture due to back issues.
On the left is April 12th 2016, on the right is today October 8th 2016z

Photos themselves can be great motivators. I have been very fortunate that the weight is just flying off without issue but even so, some days it is hard to see. Did I really lose that much? Do I really look that different? This morning my wonderful wife sent me a photo from this summer at the archery range that shows me from the side instead of the typical front view. All I can say is wow! I am glad she didn't show me that picture before. I am pretty sure I would have cried. Now, it makes me feel good that yes, I really have lost that much and yes, I really do look that different.10

105 pound difference. Motivator? I want to be strong and impressive. No desire to be skinny. I want bad guys to cross on the other side of the street when they see me coming...

I like to cosplay at conventions and I want to be comfortable and confident when people take my pictures. I also really love to run. Being a lighter weight makes running fast easier. I lost a total of 40lbs, 30lbs of it was this year.

Honestly all I do is work out 3 times a week for 30-40 minutes. One of those work outs will usually include a 10 minute run.
And eating low carb high protein!
I don't feel like I'm working very hard! But it's working

55 pounds down and my biggest motivator is to be happy with myself and become more healthy. It might sound kind of funny, but at 39 years old I still also want to make my parents proud of me.

Not funny, at all. I am almost 52 - still want to make my Mama cry with happiness for me. Have a few pounds to go, but she was awfully proud when I visited last month. Makes me all warm and fuzzy.

I'm an optometry student, and part of being an eye doctor is educating people on the importance of full body health -- there are a lot of problems (like diabetes and high blood pressure) that can affect your eyes if they get bad enough. How are my patients supposed to believe I care about their health if I don't look like I care about my own?
School pictures last year (180ish) and this year (145).
