    Ran errands this morning so no breakfast but had brunch...subway 6inch oven roasted chicken breast on whole grain, no cheese, avocado (good fat), spinach, onions, green peppers, olives, banana peppers. Salt, pepper, vinegar/oil. Oh, and a bag of baked lays cheddar sour cream chips. Brought my water in with me.

    I don't usually eat lunch. I'm never hungry because my breakfast is usually enough to hold me through until dinner. Dinner will be a grilled chicken Parmesan (no pasta, just chicken)
