Add me. I need some extra motivation

I've already met my weight loss goal but wish to continue tracking my calories in and calories out. A pre-diabetic diagnosis is what brought me here. It was lose a few lbs or deteriorate to full diabetes and needing medication.

Would be glad of friends in a similar situation.
