    My burn baby goal for the week is 2500 calories for the week. I hope to get in more than that this week but were starting the second round of the 30 day shred tonight and that doesn 't burn many calories, been trying to walk every evening but its really hot here this week so will see what happens. Good luck to everyone this week.

    My burn baby burn challenge is 3500. I didnt do so well on last weeks challenge. I was left Thursday morning on vacation and didnt have internet access and it would have took forevver to log my fod using my phone. I am back at it strong.

    I am going to ease back into exercise after not doing much on vacation the last 2 weeks and set my goal at 2000 calories to burn. I hope to exceed.

    I need to get back in the game. I got a chest cold over the 4th weekend and haven't run since. I need to shake it and move forward. Given that it's Tuesday and I know I won't be able to work out tomorrow I am going to realistically shoot for 2000 cals burned. I know it's not much but I think it's all I've got this week!

    Last time I was nervous about being able to achieve my goal so I posted my goal as 2000.
    This time I am going to really challenge and push myself and am going for 3000!!!

    I use MFP to log my calories. I think Sundays weight lifting session burnt much more than what it said but I prefer to underestimate exercise than over. Anyway I aimed for 2500 calories and so far I've burned 988 calories...
