I would love to get to know other people doing PSMF. I am very new to it and would appreciate some guidelines from people who have been successful with PSMF.

    Never mind....googled it. I wouldn't recommend doing this without a proper doctor or nurse on board to advise you. I did something similar without meaning to five years ago because my jaw was broken. I put all the weight back on as soon as I could eat solid food. Leave this diet to the hospital and the poor souls who have broken their jaws.
