Hey! I'm in. Haven't weighed myself this week, but will do so by Sunday. I'm sure I'm up a little from my previous weight (156). I'm short (5'1.5- claim 5'2) so I'm far from goal but would love to lose 10-12 lbs by Christmas.
For background... I started MFP/WW/LCHF in January 2015 at 184lbs. I lost 32lbs but have been struggling since March 2016 (death in the family). Now I'm up possibly 6-8lbs from my lowest and trying to get back there and make my ultimate goal of 127lbs (no official goal date).
Hopefully I can come back and edit to include my start weight and change my goal weight.
Start WI October 2016: ~ 158ish
Goal Weight December 2016: 1462 -

I'm up for this challenge... I've lost 22 lbs from last year by doing zumba and eat less rice diet... I've been trying hard but i can't go lower than 139 lbs/63 kgs... Im adding body weight exercise to my skipping (rope jumping) routine.
I'm 141 lbs/64 kgs; 5.2 ft
My goal is 132 lbs/60kgs3 -

I weigh in on Tuesday, so I will be one day late, but I will post.

My ideal goal 25 lbs by the new year, so 2 lbs/week, and I started 2 weeks ago. But I've noticed I have to set my goals higher to realistically be able to meet them. So success will look like 8 lbs in 8 weeks Below is current weight.
Oct 10: 232 lbs. Focused on food/nutrition/portion control. Especially decreasing sugar intake. Realized I'm not eating enough actually!
Oct 17: 230 lbs. Focused on Routine. Get my butt daily to the gym. Found work out partner. CrossFit with cardio / weight lifting. Keep cutting sugar!
Oct 24: Will focus on amping up the exercise routine and building stamina and muscle. Getting heart rate up for 20 minutes. Be a little sore each day.
Oct 31: Just say no to Sugar.
Nov 07: My Birthday!

I'm in. I need some motivation! My excuse has been I just had a baby but he's now over a year old so it's time to get in gear and work this weight off......it doesn't help I was overweight before I was pregnant. My weight is so out of control! I'm ready!!
