I've done this for September and October and I'm following it through to November too
This is an open challenge for people to join in anytime, the only thing I'd ask you todo is be supportive towards everyone else participating in this months challenge.

Just reply onto this thread, and make sure you book mark it
If you don't know how todo that, go to the top of the page and click on the star at the top right hand side of the page, it should turn yellow. So you won't have to keep searching for the challenge.
Pick a weigh in day and after you last weigh in day for October, come back onto this thread and fill in the starting weight, current weight, October goal and ultimate goal.
Then remember to come back each week on your weigh in day to log it on the challenge x7
