    Just for today - I will:
    1. Not eat after 9pm
    2. Drink 80 oz water
    3. Track all food
    4. Get 30 active Fitbit minutes
    5. Complete one task on my unfinished business

    I will not go over my calorie allowance for the first time in 2 weeks.
    I will drink water, water
    No eating after 7 pm
    Think about fitting in my clothes
    Change the channel on Tv when food shows up.

    My first post on here but I need some accountability so here it goes.

    Exercise :smile:
    Drink my water.
    Avoid break room food.
    Not have more than a piece of bread today at dinner of throughout the day.
    Get my step goal in.
    Finish my taxes chapter in my studies.

    Hi all.

    Just for today, I will:
    • Drink at least 66 ounces of water before 3pm
    • I will track every morsel that goes into my pie hole
    • I will get at least 4,000 steps in (my usual goal is more than that, but I am having knee problems today)
    • I will be kind to myself and forgiving

    1. No sugar :D

    3. 30 minutes of activity :/ Does walking around a grocery store for 30 minutes going up and down every aisle three times looking for something you can't find, count?
    4. Finish another small project at work and mark it off my whiteboard to show that I AM making progress :)
    5. Get away from my desk intermittently and go outside if feeling stressed :)
    6. Pay bills :)
    7. Meditate ;)
    8. One random act of kindness today...make someone smile :D


    Not too bad yesterday considering I ran out of time before the Packer game came on. Once the game starts, nothing else matters in our house I guess! LOL

    Back from holiday and somehow, miraculously, I did not put on any weight!!! I'm starting to doubt the accuracy of my scales as their results don't seem to bear any relation to what I've been eating... I was not particuarly good on holiday! Well, let's see what happens next week...

    Today's commitments -

    - Log everything I eat
    - Stay within calories
    - No alcohol

    - 30 + minute lunch break
    - Meditate
    - Exercise class after work

    - Don't give into post holiday laziness - be productive
    - Focus on key priorities

    3. 5000+ steps per fitbit
    4. Try to adjust my attitude to being grateful and happy for another day, instead of crabby from fighting with my hubby this morning
    5. Get at least one small project done at work
    6. Teach my morning class successfully
    7. Be happy and put a smile on someone's face today.

    I'm so glad I found this post! I think this will really help me. I'm having a hard time this month for many reasons.

    Monday:

    3. Drink all my water today

    It's already 4:30PM but these are my commitments for the rest of the day
    1. Burn 400 cal on the elliptical
    2. Have a light dinner
    3. No snacking after dinner

    - Stay within calories :/ Went a bit over - went for lunch with colleague and despite ordering the healthiest option it was massively calorific
    - No alcohol :)
    - 30 + minute lunch break :)
    - Meditate :)
    - Exercise class after work :)
    - Don't give into post holiday laziness - be productive :| Was good in am but lost it a bit in pm!
    - Focus on key priorities :)

    Today's commitments -

    - Log everything I eat
    - No unhealthy snacks including the chocolates I brought back from holiday!
    - Choose healthy option at dinner
    - Drink G&T only and have one water for every alcoholic drink
    - Stay within calories

    - 30 + minute lunch break
    - Meditate
    - Focus on key priorities and be productive
    - Plan what time to leave pub in advance - in order to get earlier train, good night's sleep and do morning run
