Carb Counters, add me. :)

So the other day at work, I felt rather crappy. I checked my blood sugar, and it was 131. Not terribly high, but I'm the type of person that can eat a dozen donuts and stay under 80 normally. So.....Needless to say, this scared me.

Though I'm basically here to lose weight, and I know that carbs have no impact on weight loss pending any medical issues, I'm going to start checking out those carbs.

Would love to add some carb-counting friends, especially with open diaries, so that I can get some help with good meals and snacks. My intake was mainly carbs, so I'm changing my eating habits completely here. ;)
