You look amazing. I have a lot to lose but it is seeing results like yours that keep me motivated. Well that and I am tired of being fat and made to feel like I am less of a person because of my weight from total strangers.0

you look stunning. And what an inspiration, it seems like I always get so discourage when I don't see the rapid weight I see on other people doing those fast diets. I'm trying to change my way of life and loose about 50lbs and become a runner. Thank you for posting this and letting me know I CAN DO IT!0

Amazing! vWhat is yourv eating plan? Diet?
I don't really follow a specific eating plan or diet. I stick to about 1200 calories a day and if I exercise I eat some of that back if I'm hungry...which I usually am. I did however follow I really strict diet prescribed by my doctor to rid myself of some food allergy symptoms for 6 months this year. I couldn't eat dairy, wheat, corn, soy, rye, barley, oranges, red meat, shell fish, honey, eggs, refined sugar, peanuts...and much, much more. So, anyone would lose weight if they had to eat that way, haha. I've recently started adding some of those items back in to my diet though and I am continuing to lose weight.0 -
