Hey! I'm in. Haven't weighed myself this week, but will do so by Sunday. I'm sure I'm up a little from my previous weight (156). I'm short (5'1.5- claim 5'2) so I'm far from goal but would love to lose 10-12 lbs by Christmas.

Lost .5 lbs from Monday.
Celebrated with Starbucks and a brownie. Way to shoot myself in the foot. (WHY DO I DO THESE THINGS???) Weekends are my downfall. Thought process was that if I gave myself ONE HOORAY, I will keep on track over the weekend. So HOORAY, it was awesome! Coffee and chocolate are the best! So now to get the mindset to be back on track!

This was my first week of the challenge. I made small goals. Went to the gym at least 4 times this week! Exercised for at least 30 minutes each time. Writing down what I ate this week did seem to make me more accountable for what I was eating. I did not eat perfectly but it was a start. My goal this week is to aim for healthier food choices and avoid foods high in fat. I hope everyone had a great first week!
