This was my first week of the challenge. I made small goals. Went to the gym at least 4 times this week! Exercised for at least 30 minutes each time. Writing down what I ate this week did seem to make me more accountable for what I was eating. I did not eat perfectly but it was a start. My goal this week is to aim for healthier food choices and avoid foods high in fat. I hope everyone had a great first week!
