    At least you had an excuse! I totally binged last night; I guess after 3 weeks of logging I was starting to feel deprived. I need to focus on a better balance that doesn't leave me feeling that way. Here's to a new week... we've both got this!

    No loss for this week. Health setbacks and lots of antibiotics are not helping. I will be starting a new workout routime tomorrow and shall see results soon.

    I was at 135, on the weekend, but I tend to overeat on the weekends,also, so all of the progress I gained, all of the deprivation I put myself throufh, lost. :( it was also probably dehydration, also. But Im going to put more effort in and try even harder!
