Day one complete I'm in the same push up situation couldn't believe how hard it was. Only managed two and the rest on my knees... Shocking my level of unfitness... Hopefully I will improve though!2

I did my push ups on my knees....I have never managed a proper one. Think this challenge will help me get there?

my chest and arms are a little bit achy lol - did pushups on my knees but will try to do standard ones as I go along3

I've always had to modify push-ups... You can also do them off the wall. I think that every push-up we do will get us closer to getting there!1 -

I have the arm strength of an earthworm. I'm so pathetic. (Not stopping, btw. Just know my arms are a sad case.)4

I'm using 5lbs per arm.

I used 3 pounds today because I'm sick and don't want to overexert myself too much.1

I am using 10lb because that is all I have at home right now. When I go to the gym I use 15lb1 -
