Loose 5lbs + in November

            This is my 1st challenge. Maybe it will help me get off this stubborn weight that my endocrinologist says is NOT due to my Hashimoto's thyroid disease but my metabolism slowing down due to aging! Just what a middle-aged woman wants to hear + I have MS as well.
 No more excuses! I'm going for the burn!

 I am just back from having surgery on Monday and I am retaining tonnes of water, my feet, tummy and arms look alien hahaha. I gained 8.4 lbs in 1 day crazy! Thankfully have lost 4.2 lbs of it over the last few days.
