You can't spot reduce. Eat in a calorie deficit and the fat will come off from all over. Some places just happen to be the last to lose due to your genetics.5

My thighs are the last place I lose. They look huge compared to the rest of me right now.1

Spot reducing isn't possible. Keep eating at a deficit to lose the weight, or, if you're already at a healthy weight and cannot possibly lose more, consider a body recomposition (eating at your personal maintenance calories and starting a heavy progressive lifting program).queenliz99 wrote: »

It's simply matter of losing more weight. Cardio is good but your calorie intake is what matters most. If you aren't strength training I would seriously consider that. It will go a long way towards improving the look of your legs while you continue dropping fat through your diet.0

I had thunder thighs. Walking and using the elliptical, combined, likely two hours a day was good cardio to lose the weight. It really helped slim my legs. So my advice, that worked for me, is walk, walk, walk.2
