    Mon: 573 calories burned - doing 30 min Tae Bo and 10 min dancing
    Tues: 798 calories burned 50 min of Advanced Tae Bo
    Wed: 1495 calories burned - 30 min Tae Bo, dancing, 50 ab crunches, 30 kicks into squats, AND cleaning my buidling
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Well my trainer wants me to do less calorie burn/cardio and more strength training so will not be perticpating in the challenges for awhile but I will keep posting them.
